RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all basic cleaning in the office space. To reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19, emphasis must be placed on keeping all high contact areas: door knobs, surface tops, bathrooms, etc. sanitized

• Clean restrooms: sanitize fixtures, clean toilets, sweep and mop tile floors, clean mirrors, restock dispensers and empty trash, 

• Dust, clean surfaces, clean glass windows/doors in lobby, offices, computer room, lounge, yoga studio, and board room

• Sweep / mop floors throughout the office space

• Dust / vacuum air vents

• Empty trash and replace liners.

• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Performs additional duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Previous cleaning experience a plus

• Must be able to provide references
