The intention for this weekly class is to use the practices of mindful breathing and movement to create a sustainable and strong foundation on the mat and in your life.. We will use the breath purposefully so you can connect to your INpowered wisdom, creativity and authentic joy. The poses will physically liberate old trauma/stress patterns that the body holds so you can make space and heal. Bring your open heart to class and discover your unlimited potential. All levels of practice are welcome, all poses are modified for your body.
