How will the session run?
* This class is instructional only (no checking in or processing). So please log on and follow along!
* The structure will include:
- grounding and breathing
- yoga (on a mat, but you can do it from your chair as well)
- relaxation, meditation
How to best set up your device and space:
* Set up enough space on the floor (for a real or pretend mat!) or sit in a chair where you can see the screen clearly
* Have enough space around you to stretch out your arms and legs
* Perhaps have some lavender (or another calming scent) lotion or oil, a blanket or a pillow close by
* You will be muted upon entering. When you join, hover down at the bottom of your screen and press "Participants". In the list that pops up on the right, find your name. You can both mute yourself (in case you are not muted) and change your name (first name only please!)
* Hover in the upper right corner of the screen and choose "Speaker View". You will be able to see us (the facilitators) in the big, center box, and you will move to a smaller box at the top of the screen.
* It's fine to turn off your camera, if you'd prefer (on the bottom left of your screen). You'll still see us and can participate fully!
